Download SETUP-CLAUDE-STRUCTURE.md (open it → "Download raw file").
Drop it in the root folder of your project. A brand-new empty folder works too.
Open Claude Code in that folder and say:

Claude asks you 5 short questions, shows you the plan, and waits for your "yes" before changing anything.

🔐 Claude Code protects the .claude/ folder, so it will ask permission before writing each file there. That's expected: choose Allow.

🧪 Tests can't touch real services. Secrets are blanked during tests.

❓ FAQ

I'm not on Cloudflare. Does it still work?

Yes. Claude detects your stack and adapts the checks, tests and rules. Cloudflare-only parts are skipped.

I already have a CLAUDE.md. Will it be overwritten?

No. Claude keeps your content, moves it into the right place, and git keeps the old version.

Do I need to know git or the terminal?

No. Claude explains each step in plain words, one step at a time, and does the technical work.

Windows?

The push guard is a bash script. Use WSL or Git Bash. Claude tells you what to install.

Which AI provider does it use for AI apps?

It recommends OpenRouter (one key, many models) but never forces it. If you already use a provider, it stays.
