Digital Marketing Manager (interim, 80–100%)

Keep our growth engine running while our Marketing Team Lead is on maternity
leave. Fixed term until end of May 2027, with a realistic option to go permanent.

How applying via Claude works

Prerequisite: Claude Code — the desktop app is enough.
You do not need to use a terminal or know git: Claude handles that part for you.

The easy way — no command line needed

1. Open Claude Code and start a new session in any folder (an empty one is ideal).

2. Paste this prompt:

   to True Wealth.

3. Claude fetches the current openings and walks you through the application
   right in the chat — you just answer its questions. Along the way, Claude Code
   may ask you to approve individual steps (such as running git or the
   submission script); that is its normal permission system, and each request
   will be explained before it appears.

The terminal way — if you prefer to drive yourself

Either way, Claude collects the necessary information conversationally and then
runs a short script that submits your application directly to True Wealth over
HTTPS.

Privacy & Data Handling

This section explains what happens with your data, what is and isn't in our control, and how to apply through a conventional channel if you prefer.

During the conversation (before you submit)

You decide what to share. The conversation is between you and Claude (the AI), running on your machine with your Anthropic account. You decide which questions to answer and how much detail to provide.

Your data goes to Anthropic, not to True Wealth. When you talk to Claude, your messages are sent to Anthropic's servers under the terms of your own Anthropic subscription. True Wealth has no contractual relationship with Anthropic for this conversation, no access to it, and no control over how Anthropic processes it. This part of the data processing is outside True Wealth's sphere of influence.

Since you are using your own Anthropic account, Anthropic's privacy policy and terms of service apply to the conversation: https://www.anthropic.com/legal/privacy.

Be deliberate about sensitive information. You do not need to share — and we ask Claude not to ask for — health information, religious or political views, trade union membership, biometric data, criminal record information, or other particularly sensitive personal data ("besonders schützenswerte Personendaten" under Swiss data protection law). If such information is not relevant to your application, please don't include it. If you do choose to include it, please be aware that it will be processed by Anthropic during the conversation and, if you submit it, by True Wealth thereafter.

Don't include third-party data without consent. Avoid mentioning identifiable colleagues, references, or other third parties in detail unless you have their permission.

When you submit the summary

Once you submit, True Wealth becomes the data controller for the data you send: the structured application fields, the application write-up you review and approve during the conversation, and your CV if you choose to attach one. The conversation itself is not transmitted — only the write-up you approved.

The submitted data is stored in Attio CRM (hosted in the UK under a Data Processing Agreement with Standard Contractual Clauses in place) and in BambooHR, our applicant tracking system. It may be combined with information from our standard recruiting process (e.g. an LLM-assisted CV ranking via BambooHR — see our privacy policy for details).

The Claude-generated summary is one element among many. No candidate is rejected based solely on the Claude conversation summary. Recruiting decisions are made by our recruiting team, with full review of all available information.

Retention

Your application data is retained for 3 months after the position has been filled, unless you have agreed to longer retention for future opportunities. After that, it is deleted.
