What counts as an "agent skill"?
Any tool, plugin, extension, rule set, or capability that enhances an AI coding agent's abilities. This includes:
- SKILL.md files (Agent Skills spec)
- MCP servers
- Cursor/Windsurf rules
- Editor extensions for AI agents
- Framework-specific tools (LangChain, CrewAI, etc.)
- CLI tools for skill management
